North Jersey man faces murder charge in Warren county shooting

A Morris County man was arrested Thursday and accused of fatally shooting someone in Warren County earlier in the day, authorities said.

Residents were ordered to shelter in place and police were blocking traffic on Thursday along the 7-mile road, which stretches from Allamuchy south through Independence Township and Great Meadows, an unincorporated community within Independence Township.
